Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/Equivalent degree in any field. For any experienced person, HSC/Equivalent is acceptable.
Job Context:
∎ The job of the call center representative is to help people who are planning and preparing to study or visit abroad. The main role of a call center representative is to ensure that the customer process will runs smoothly, transparently and meets the company`s guidelines for studying or visiting abroad.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Kazi Tower, (Opposite of Jamuna Future Park),
∎ Ka 57/1, Pragati Sarani, Kuril Chowrasta, Dhaka 1229, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In order to sell our support and services, candidates must handle incoming and outgoing cell phone calls to our clients who are interested in studying or visiting abroad.
∎ Listen customers conversation very carefully and ask questions to understand the customer's requirements appropriately.
∎ Proactively organize all calls to provide solutions that meet the customer's expectations.
∎ Determine customer needs, provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Cooperate Seniors and Management as guideline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Management, Good Conversation Skill.
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 6 months
Salary:
∎ Handsome (negotiable).
