Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Outbound and Inbound Calls: Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers to present our products/services and explain their benefits. Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to potential clients. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team where necessary.
∎ Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve concerns or issues in a timely manner.
∎ Sales Targets: Meet and exceed Daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.Track and report sales performance using CRM tools or other designated systems.
∎ Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services offered. Continuously update knowledge of product updates.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.
