Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
∎ Provide accurate information about our services, and delivery options
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
∎ Update customer records and maintain accurate data in our database
∎ Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure their packages are delivered on time
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Female applicants preferable
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
∎ Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls
∎ Proficient in using computers
∎ Ability to work in a team environment
Salary:
∎ Salary (Tk. 12, 000/-) per month.
