Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): call center training, Call Centre Supervision/ Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers
∎ Answering representative's questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives
∎ Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating, and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees
∎ Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed
∎ Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
∎ Collect and analyze call-center statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.)
∎ Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
∎ Prepare reports for different departments or upper management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in App Based Call Center Service will get advantage
∎ Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Positive and patient
∎ Collaborate with the technical and business teams

Salary:
