Position Overview

PFEC Global is looking for an energetic and motivated Call Center Intern to engage with prospective students through outbound calls, understand their study abroad interests, and encourage them to visit our offices for counselling. The role focuses on converting phone conversations into student walk-ins. High-performing interns may be offered an internship extension or a full-time employment opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and introduce PFEC Global's study abroad services.

• Screen prospective students to understand their study interests, eligibility, and requirements.

• Encourage interested students to visit our offices for face-to-face counselling.

• Follow up with potential students to maximize office visits.

• Maintain accurate calling records and follow-up reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Achieve assigned calling and student walk-in conversion targets.
