Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduate in any discipline from a renowned University.
∎ Renowned private university graduates are preferable.
∎ Skills Required: call center training, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Support

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Candidates with experience in call center supervision & QC of customer
∎ service, call center training as Team Leader.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Train up and QC the teams
∎ Regular reporting for the process
∎ Prepare roaster plan for the agents
∎ Call analysis and plan for process betterment
∎ Process upgradation planning
∎ Meeting the target KPI
∎ Maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls target by the teams
∎ Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and presentation prepare
∎ Daily and monthly attendance of the team agents
∎ Responsible for day-to-day supervision of analysts and customer support.
∎ Ensure efficient and timely completion of second level review for applicable
∎ alerts as per designated template/SOP.
∎ Perform periodic and random quality assurance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ E-commerce call center experience should get preference.
∎ Should have experience to work as a team leader or supervisor in any call
∎ center 1 year minimum is a mandatory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call center training, Customer Support
∎ through Phone, QC (Quality Control) of Customer Service

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
