∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication in English, Fluent in English Speaking

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle outbound calls.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
∎ You have to fill up your daily, weekly, and monthly goals for extra monthly commission apart from Basic salary day-to-day planning, and report management ability.
∎ Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
∎ Should have good convincing skills and excellent sales skills.
∎ Handle critical customers with effective and gentle communication skills.
∎ Telesales/Telemarketing settings for UK Nationalities over the phone on a daily basis as per instruction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English Speaking is our first priority, it doesn't really matter what Education background you are from.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Performance Bonus + Sales Commission will be decided upon the campaign.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
