Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
∎ • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
∎ • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
∎ • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
∎ • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items
∎ • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
∎ • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
∎ • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
∎ • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
∎ • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
∎ • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
