∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
MICROSOFT OFFICE, Outbound calls
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Require to handle different type of customer request channel.
∎ Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference(digicon,genex ,foodpanda etc).
∎ Handling outbound calls.
∎ Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
∎ Ensure the service quality and customer satisfaction and monitor and maintain proper functionality
∎ Order process as per customer demand and time line set by organization.
∎ Ensure Smooth Bill printing & Delivery as per schedule.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Similar experience in BPO industry will get preference(digicon,genex ,foodpanda etc).
∎ Good oral communication skill.
∎ Customer focus & Good listening skill.
∎ Excellent in Emailing & Have good knowledge in MS-Excel work.
Salary: Tk. 13000 - 15000 (Monthly)
