Job Context:
∎ Customer Service Executive for Ecommerce and Social Media Platforms.
∎ This Job Is Not For Any Student And Must Be A Permanent Resident Of Dhaka.
∎ Full Time Store Duty or Office Duty

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and assist Customers online and over the phone.
∎ Process orders at our e-commerce portal.
∎ Update customers with their existing orders or queries.
∎ Outlet Sales Executives have to assist walk-in customers and phone calls.
∎ Work as a team with the shipping and warehouse department.
∎ Report daily task details at the end of the day to the department head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-year of experience from any renowned company.
∎ Excellent typing speed and Microsoft excel expertise is a must for online executives.
∎ Previous e-commerce and Facebook order management is a must for online executives.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English will be a plus.

Salary: Negotiable
