∎ Conducted outbound calls to prospective clients;
∎ Handled inbound calls and inquiries from existing and potential clients;
∎ Identified and qualified potential leads through effective communication and engagement.
∎ Nurture and cultivate leads through regular follow-ups, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
∎ Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads
