∎ Skills Required: BPO, Call Center

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BPO, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ This is a good opportunity to develop career in a multinational company, head office in Malaysia (Job is NOT under any agent).
∎ We are looking for fluent English speaking candidates only to deal with foreign clients.
∎ 8 hours from 10 am to 6 pm (duty)
∎ Job Location: Mirpur, DOHS, Dhaka
∎ Gross Salary: 20000 (Extra: Sales incentive US$ 100 per sale, as condition)
∎ O & A Level

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You will play the important role in:
∎ Inbound and outbound call in overseas
∎ Attend in live chat, director call, WhatsApp & zoom video call (for foreign customers only)
∎ Reply to customer by email, WhatsApp & direct phone (for foreign customers only)
∎ You must know the need of clients, discuss in detail, provide necessary information, negotiate costing and finally make a deal.
∎ Liaison with foreign partners about prospective clients, share them information and documents collecting from clients and follow up until service is executed by the partner.
∎ Follow up customers until make a sale and show a valid reason in case of unsuccessful.
∎ Positive Note: International customers directly contact us for the services hence NOT required to search the customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 24 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ You will be given extra US$ 100 (sales incentive) for each sale after achieving at least 3 sales in a month. Positive Note: We receive around 60 to 200 customer inquiries per month.
