Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
∎ De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
∎ Call clients and customers to follow up them about the company's new products, services and policies
∎ Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about intake, offers and current status of the application.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Time: 10.00 AM to 06.00 PM
∎ Language Proficiency:
∎ Excellent Communication skill in English and Sylheti
