∎ Assist clients in placing orders and answering inquiries regarding ongoing projects.
∎ Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with client concerns and feedback.
∎ Document client interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with project managers and design teams to relay client information accurately.
∎ Help in promoting new designs and services offered by the firm.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred); candidates with an architectural background are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
