∎ Job Description:
∎ Bizmation.io is looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in supporting inventory management software, ERP solutions, or related software platforms. Tele sales will also be a key responsibility in this role. ∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ - Provide professional customer support for Bizmation.io’s inventory management and ERP solutions.
∎ - Handle tele sales, answering customer inquiries, and guiding users through our platform.
∎ - Troubleshoot software-related issues and escalate to the technical team when necessary.
∎ - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with effective communication and problem-solving.
∎ Requirements:
∎ - Previous experience in call center support for inventory management software, ERP solutions, or similar platforms.
∎ - Experience in tele sales is required.
∎ - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customer queries.
∎ - Female candidates are preferred.
∎ - Freshers or those without relevant experience need not apply.
