Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Strong communication and analytical skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
∎ Good communication skill and team work.
∎ Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch)
∎ Having basic knowledge of MikroTik routers, managed switches (Cisco, BDCOM), and various OLTs (VSOL, BDCOM, C-Data, etc.), as well as wireless networking devices.
∎ Have sound knowledge of all kinds of Optical Fiber related task.
∎ Advance IP networking knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill and team work.
∎ Basic understanding of optical fiber testing, and test instruments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicated with customers via phone, chat, and other platforms in a courteous and professional manner.
∎ Collaborated closely with the NOC, System Support team and Transmission team to maintain uninterrupted service and operational efficiency.
∎ Participate rotation schedule for nights and weekends
∎ Handled maintenance of the FTP server
