Responsibilities & Context:
∎ -Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers
∎ -Listen and understand the customers' complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers
∎ -Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department
∎ -Provide information over the phone to customers regarding products & services
∎ -Follow up after sales service-related emails and reply to the customers
∎ -Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
∎ -Report day-to-day activities to the concerned authority.
