∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Data Entry, Email , Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., MICROSOFT OFFICE

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support Services.
∎ Telemarketing Services.
∎ IT help desk Services.
∎ Data Entry and data processing (both Bangla & English)
∎ Answer calls and responds to customers' emails.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Follow up on customer records where necessary.
∎ Management and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Ensure the Front Desk area is properly maintained with a view of the image of the company.
∎ To be responsible for receiving letters, messages, and documents, and dispatching them to concerned authorities by keeping records.
∎ Assist other Departments.
∎ Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Physically challenged, and people from Ethnic groups are being encouraged to join.
∎ Participants must have the ability to pronounce well both in Bangla and English.
∎ Participants must have the ability to handle basic computer operations.
∎ Must have NID.

Salary: Tk. 10000 (Monthly)
