Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support our clients
∎ Prepare raw and data sheet.
∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Maintain data records.
∎ Process customer-handling techniques.
∎ Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ Handle challenging situations with customers diplomatically.
∎ Present one-self in an appropriate manner.
∎ To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years

∎ Ability to work under Pressure.
∎ Smart & Presentable
∎ Flexible Of Talking other responsibility.
∎ Must have good communication skills in both Bengali & English.
