Educational Requirements:
∎ O/A Level, Graduate (If comply English speaking skills)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support international clients
∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority
∎ Should have flexibility on working in different shifts
∎ Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation
∎ Candidates from English medium will get high priority
∎ Should have excellent communication skill with Customer service etiquette
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs

Salary:
