Job Responsibilities:
∎ To support international clients.
∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls.
∎ To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
∎ Has to be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
∎ Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
∎ Should have excellent communication skill.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs.
