∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes query.

∎ Answer and make calls to customers regarding inquiries and issues.
∎ Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints.
∎ Document all interactions in the system.
∎ Meet target adhere to company guidelines.
∎ Iftar for evening shift.
∎ Job Summary:
∎ JK Lifestyle Ltd. looking for a customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, outbound calls, digital communications addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service in line with company policies.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Contract Duration: 01 Month (During Ramadan)
∎ Working Hour: 06 – 07 hours (no night shift)
