∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ If you are not a fluent English AND Hindi speaker and do not have good listening or speaking skills in English AND HINDI, please DO NOT APPLY.
∎ We are looking for people who are extremely good at both.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working Time will be 9 -hour shifts 6 days a week With 1 hour break time.
∎ Making Outbound and Inbound Calls For Foreign customers (From the UK and solving their queries.
∎ Must be able to work on Bangladeshi holidays, specifically Eid time.
∎ May need to do overtime in certain days (Paid overtime)
∎ We are looking for fluent English-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
