Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project. Working TIme Will be either 9-hour shifts 5 days a week With 1 hour break time. May have to do overtime (paid) as needed. This is a contractual job for 2 month project. After completion of the task, may renew contract depending on the clientTaking inbound calls from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries. make Outbound calls to customers Must be able to work on Bangladeshi Holidays, specifically on Eid Time. Working TIme Will be either 9-hour shifts 5 days a week With 1 hour break time. May have to do overtime (paid) as needed.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Starts at 16000 BDT (This is Not Negotiable) If overtime is needed to be done payment is 1.5x of the hourly rate

∎ Possible Increment After 1 Year depending upon Performance and Dedication Dinner/Lunch is Provided Extra Payment for working on Holidays (Eid, Christmas, etc.) After 1 Year eligible to get 12 paid annual leaves per year.
