Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
∎ Working TIme Will be either 9-hour shifts 5 days a week With 1 hour break time.
∎ May have to do overtime (paid) as needed. This is a contractual job for 2 month project.
∎ After completion of the task, may renew contract depending on the client
∎ Taking inbound calls from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries.
∎ Make Outbound calls to customers Must be able to work on Bangladeshi Holidays, specifically on Eid Time.
∎ Working TIme Will be either 9-hour shifts 5 days a week With 1 hour break time.
