Job Context:
∎ We are looking for fluent English and Hindi-speaking candidates preferentially from English Medium backgrounds or candidates who have International call center experience to work on our project.
∎ Working TIme Will be either 9-hour shifts 5 days a week With 1 hour break time.
∎ May have to do overtime (paid) as needed.
∎ This is a contractual job for 2 month project. After completion of the task, may renew contract depending on the client
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking inbound calls from Foreign customers (From India, and Europe) and solving their queries.
∎ make Outbound calls to customers
∎ Must be able to work on Bangladeshi Holidays, specifically on Eid Time.
∎ Working TIme Will be either 9-hour shifts 5 days a week With 1 hour break time.
∎ May have to do overtime (paid) as needed.

∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Starts at 16000 BDT (This is Not Negotiable)
If overtime is needed to be done payment is 1.5x of the hourly rate
