Call Center Agent, call centre executive, Client Relationship Management, Client Service, Client Support, Front Desk executive
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Confirm appointment booking through phone calls and online messages
∎ Provide excellent client service to enhance clients experience
∎ Respond to client inquiries via online messages and over the phone
∎ Initiate sale, process the sale, follow up
∎ Will be responsible to achieve targets monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly basis
∎ Need to provide excellent client service and gives precise information to the client, ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Identify client needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call and Social media support actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat skype and any desk software.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow-up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the manager for complicated issues.
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target
∎ Developed competencies required for service-oriented and result focus
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
∎ Must be fluent in English communication

∎ Working experience in call center and/or client service is highly preferred
