∎ Age 35 to 45 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and prepare accurate sample patterns with costing.
∎ Ensure garment pattern development and grading as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain the quality of samples including styling, measurements, and dummy fittings.
∎ Review buyer comments and make necessary pattern and sample corrections accordingly.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to merchandisers, factories, and production teams.
∎ Communicate effectively with the merchandising and production departments to ensure smooth sample flow.
∎ Attend meetings with management and buyers as required.
∎ Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
