Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare architectural 2D & 3D design of all of present and proposed projects of the company by using Auto CAD, Sketch up, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop as per the Instruction of the principal Architect.
∎ To prepare design approval sheet with consultation of Principal Architect.
∎ To assist the team to prepare other designs like residential and commercial building assigned to the company.
∎ To prepare working drawing of both interior projects and construction projects.
∎ Any other Design related duties assigned by Principal Architect or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years experience in the relevant field
∎ Must have Sound Knowledge in contemporary building Design & Drawing.
∎ Must have knowledge in calculating FAR.
∎ Must be well conversant in using Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray and other updated software.
∎ Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in interior decorations.
∎ Should have good sense to understand aesthetic beauty.
∎ The applicants should have working experience in any Architectural consulting firm, Interior Design Firm and real estate developer.
∎ Preferred experience in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray.
∎ Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure to discharge the responsibility within deadline as set by the team leader.
