Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate customer in effective manner and ensure quality service.
∎ Manage all communication with employees, Monitor work and maintain efficient service
∎ Motivate service person in providing excellent service to create regular customer.
∎ Implement and maintain organizational Rules and Regulations
∎ Prepare reports to track performance of employees to improve performance.
∎ Administer all problems of employees and counsel them to resolve
∎ Training new employee and Provide backup to trainees by guiding them.
∎ Investigate all issues on floor and assist to resolve for management team and working employees.
∎ Analyze and identify growth for all projects at workstations and ensure high quality service.
∎ Assist potential customers and maintain efficient relationships with prior customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and retaining customer
∎ Assist fellow worker in understanding their job and lend a hand to them when required.
∎ Prepare report and provide feedback to management

∎ Age 25 to 33 years

∎ 1-2 Years in team leading or team management in Customer service or Beauty Industry
