∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration
∎ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Business Management, or Marketing.

∎ Age 26 to 50 years
∎ 3–5 years of hands-on experience in an architecture firm or Engineering Firm, interior design, and construction projects.
∎ Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred).
∎ Strong skills in office and team management.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients and partners.
∎ Strong problem-solving ability with a positive and proactive mindset.
∎ Fluency in both English and Bengali is essential.

∎ Analyze and provide solutions for interior design and civil construction projects.

∎ Conduct client meetings and generate new business opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with companies and partners to ensure sales and service delivery.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
∎ Prepare regular reports and keep management informed of the latest developments.
