Role overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our student recruitment operations in Bangladesh. This is a senior field role focused on building strong agent relationships, growing application volumes, and establishing Campora as the leading recruitment partner for universities in the UK, Australia, and North America.
Your Responsibilities:
The objectives related to the job role of Conversion Officer, shall include, but not be limited to:
Agent Network Management: Identify, onboard, and manage a network of student recruitment agents across Bangladesh. Maintain regular engagement, provide training, and ensure agents are equipped to represent our partner institutions effectively.
Application Volume Growth: Drive consistent growth in student applications. Set and monitor targets with agents and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Market Development: Develop and execute a market strategy to grow Campora's presence and brand recognition across Bangladesh. Identify new opportunities, attend education fairs, and build relationships with schools, colleges, and community networks.
Market Share & Competitive Positioning: Actively work to grow Campora's market share. Monitor competitor activity, identify gaps, and position the company as the preferred recruitment partner in the region.
Reporting & Performance Tracking: Provide regular reports to the Head of Student Recruitment on agent performance, application pipeline, market trends, and revenue.
