∎ Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Property Preservation Work Order Processing.
∎ Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of foreclosed property preservation loan types.
∎ Estimation Skills: Strong ability to make eyeball estimates based on photo reviews.
∎ Detail-oriented: Impeccable attention to detail in creating damage reports and processing work orders.
∎ Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams effectively.
∎ Night Shift [7:00 PM - 4:00 PM]
∎ Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Property Preservation Work Order Processing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop bids and damage report for property preservation projects based on a thorough review of property photos and a keen ability to assess required repairs.
∎ Evaluate Customer Feedback data to assess satisfaction with company services and review vendor product to ensure they meet client specifications.
∎ Maintaining communication with client relationship and field representative teams to guarantee service requirements are fulfilled.
∎ Recognizing potential areas for improvement that could lead to an increase in work order value.
∎ Generating invoices for vendors upon the successful completing of work orders.
∎ Analyze vendor pricing & quality.
