Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge on International Trade Policies and Business trend in around the world.
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiate and purchase ingredients/ supplies/ services from right, reputed & reliable vendors by complying with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships to create an alternative vendors’ pool. Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Able to collect and analyze data in terms of business trend; country wise, product wise, cost wise, quality wise etc., and share with the Management with recommendation.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchase, negotiate products prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier before place the PO. Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to pay.
∎ Coordinate with plant’s stores, users and follow-up material flow in time. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
∎ Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time.
∎ Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Analysis the data and business trend to forecast and plan for procurement.
∎ Execute, Coordinate, Monitor and Manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks. As well as responsible for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
∎ L/C proper opening up to the standard of the organization, liaison with supplier, C & F.
∎ To ensure all commercial activities (L/C amended, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulation, shipment conditions, communicate with parties through overseas communication.
∎ Should have experience in the field of import/export through L/C & T/T freight forwarding.
∎ Any other duties assigned by Management
