Job Responsibilities:
∎ #Data Analysis and Interpretation:
∎ Collect, analyze and interpret data related to manufacturing processes, production efficiency, quality control and equipment performance.
∎ Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within the data to provide insights into operational improvements.
∎ #Operational Efficiency:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas for process optimization inside the manufacturing plant.
∎ Propose and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs and improve overall operational effectiveness.
∎ #Performance Metrics:
∎ Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the performance of manufacturing processes and equipment.
∎ Regularly report on KPIs to the Vice Chairman and provide recommendations for achieving targets.
∎ #Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements and competitive landscape in the electrical and electronics manufacturing sector.
∎ Analyze competitor strategies and offerings to identify potential opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
∎ #Strategic Planning:
∎ Assist the Vice Chairman in formulating long-term strategies and business plans for the manufacturing plant's growth and expansion.
∎ Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on capital investments, new product development, and market expansion.
∎ #Collaboration and Communication:
∎ Collaborate with different teams (engineering, production, process development, quality control and supply chain etc.) to gather relevant data and insights.
∎ Communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making.
∎ #Project Management:
∎ Lead or contribute to projects aimed at process improvement, new product introductions or technology adoption.
∎ Define project scopes, milestones and deliverables ensuring timely execution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must stay beside factory premises.
∎ Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the manufacturing industry preferably in electrical and electronics manufacturing.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
∎ Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
∎ Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles and industry regulations.
∎ Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and contribute to long-term business planning.
