Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitoring, Supervision and Controlling of all operation and utility machineries in building as per maintenance schedule.
∎ Assess problems and make improvements in security/CCTV Systems.
∎ Should have technical knowledge for operations/maintenance of all Utility equipment including Sub- Station, Generator, lift, ATS, Fire hydrant, Fire Safety system and water pump etc.
∎ Assess problems and make improvements in Fire Safety Systems.
∎ Carrying out of Predictive, Preventive maintenance & Breakdown maintenance, planning & execution.
∎ Respond and resolve Building problems with professionally, promptly and efficiently.
∎ Liaise with Building Security and Fire Safety vendors, service providers, etc.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly Building Security Reports.
∎ Ensure Building Security's professional performance, skills and motivation
∎ Addressing and monitoring operational, technical and mechanical issues in a timely manner.
∎ Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering and technical staffs.
∎ To be responsible for monitoring, supervision and controlling of all Electrical maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Trouble-shooting & Utility works of the organization.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring rounds in building effectively.
∎ Any other departmental works assigned by the management.
∎ Make sure the night checker checks daily.
∎ Car Parking monitorin
∎ Any other tasks as required by Management.
