Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering or Vocational training from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrical technician, Maintenance, Plumbing, Purchase/ Procurement, Supervision
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all minor maintenance tasks are completed within the buildings-all doors,handles, shelves, painting, tiling, carpeting, leaks, putting up blinds etc
∎ Opening up of buildings and closure of buildings daily
∎ Ensuring wash areas and toilet areas are regularly checking and kept clean and tidy
∎ Movement of furniture, supplies, deliveries etc
∎ Maintain safe conditions and safe working practices within all the facilities.
∎ Do weekly fire alarm test of the building
∎ Supervise clean external windows when required
∎ Report to supervisor regarding safety & security of the building
∎ Generator fuel level and sub-station checkup such as fuel level, diesel fill up, cleaning, etc.
∎ Purchase of various general use material
∎ Any other duties required by the Operations Manager or the Principal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as Property Manager
∎ A can do, proactive, energetic attitude towards your work and people is a must.
∎ Strong attention to detail,
∎ You need to be a strong team player, prepared to get your hands dirty
∎ A ‘make it happen’, positive, energetic attitude to your day-to-day work
