Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform general maintenance work, including civil, plumbing, sanitary, paint, tiles, electrical, wood works, etc.
∎ Make arrangements for contractors to perform the work and supervise contractors on site.
∎ Prepare detailed estimates, BOQ and rate analysis of maintenance works.
∎ Negotiate the collected rates from contractors for various maintenance tasks.
∎ Review contractors’ submitted bills and validate them.
∎ Communicate with building management to coordinate maintenance activities with other building activities.
∎ Receive, track, monitor and report the status of maintenance and repair work within the service maintenance management database.
∎ Lead a team consisting of a mason, electrician, plumber, painter, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 05 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry is required.
∎ Experience as the lead of building maintenance in a reputable real estate organization for at least 02 years will be advantageous.
∎ Must know computer applications of MS Word, MS Excel, etc.

Salary: Negotiable
