Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
∎ Skills Required: Construction site, Schedule Maintain

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Construction Building
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Construction planning in Building construction such as schedule establishment, methodology, construction procedure, temporary structures, etc.
∎ Construction procedure drawings preparation and Method statement establishment.
∎ Negotiation with the Subcontractor in the field of Building works.
∎ Support of site activities in Building construction according to approved design drawings and construction method statement.
∎ Monitoring and inspecting the construction work executed by the Subcontractor through the construction period.
∎ Implementation of internal inspection and inspection with a consultant.
∎ Attend the labor safety patrol, and the daily meeting of labor safety & hygiene with sub-contractors.
∎ Other duties as assigned by Superiors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of Building construction works, Structure works, and basic M&E.
∎ Knowledge of methodology in Building construction
∎ Capability to control schedule, activity, and progress together with documentation
∎ Smooth communication with concerned person & subcontractor
∎ Can work independently as well as in a team
∎ Have experience in reading & working on shop drawings
∎ Efficient in computer operation (e.g. Auto Cad, MS-office, etc.)
∎ Able to work under pressure and good at Teamwork
∎ Physical strength in site condition.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Regular work time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday- Thursday).
∎ Food and accommodation are provided by the company.
∎ Others: As per company Policy.
