∎ We are looking for B.Sc Engineer in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University for Tushar Ceramics Ltd. located at Factory: Village- Sharatola, Post: Khalishpur, Moheshpur, Jhenaidah.
∎ Job Location : Factory: Village- Sharatola, Post: Khalishpur, Moheshpur, Jhenaidah.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working towards achieving the company's goal to achieve regulatory requirements, company targets, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintaining and controlling the daily operations in specific sector of the plant.
∎ Candidate should have the intention to take Tushar Ceramics Ltd. to the highest level in comparison to other ceramic factories in Bangladesh.
∎ Developing the process to reduce defect levels to increase productivity.
∎ Ability and tenacity to solve any kind of problems in Ceramics factory accessories machinery.
∎ To coordinate in installation/maintenance of mechanical equipment and tools to facilitate the achievement of on time and quality production.
∎ Ensure that mechanical operations, standards, and controls are maintained at high quality.
∎ Test and analyze machinery, tools, and components to determine their performance, strength, and response to stress.
∎ To have the knowledge and skillset for accessories factory, machineries for repair, maintenance, and operation.
∎ Investigate equipment failures or difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to recommend remedies.
∎ To prepare action plan for routine maintenance to prevent breakdown of machines and utilities used in production.
∎ To prepare and submit weekly/ monthly/ yearly maintenance report to the management with recommendations (if any).
∎ Lead the team to reduce downtime to achieve target efficiency.
∎ Should show proper etiquette towards subordinates and higher authorities.
∎ Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
