Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed University

Job Context:
∎ A well reputed International Business house enlisted with Ministry of Defence (MOD); having its Head Office located at Uttara, Dhaka. The company is running with very good reputation since last 16 years. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic and loyal candidate for the following post who possesses the mentioned criteria`s:
∎ Candidate must be well experienced on construction related works (Buildings, Roads, Culvert/Bridge, Drainage etc.).
∎ Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka (Head Office) and any places of Bangladesh where the company will undertake construction projects. He has to stay nearby and monitor all the ongoing construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing multiple construction project of the company.
∎ Assessing the required construction materials like Rod, Cement, stone, Brick, sand, chemicals etc. for the projects.
∎ Skilled on computer for conducting presentation with power point on the projects.
∎ Assessing the cost involvement for completion of a project by evaluating the tender documents.
∎ To assist senior management of the company.
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Skills Required: Cost assessment, material assessment, organizing & supervision of multiple construction projects etc.
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 12 - 15 years of practical experiences on Construction Projects of Government/Semi-Government organization will be given preference.
