∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Aware and understand the nursing policies and procedures of the medical and ensure that they are adhered to.
∎ Ensure that nursing care plans are written and up to date.
∎ Cooperate with doctors Give first Aid to Patients.
∎ Monthly medicine statement & requisition Medicine.
∎ Care, observation & Take necessaries treatment for ill Patients.
∎ Floor monitoring and first aid box check accordingly.
∎ Injury analyses with root cause & investigation format maintain.
∎ Other works as advice by welfare in charge/Compliance In charge, Doctor & Admin.
