Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma (Vocational), Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The training will be a part of your skill improvement and career development process.
∎ Gaining service knowledge through theoretical and practical hands on sessions.
∎ Special Course on Professional CV writing, Interview and Email.
∎ 20 hours professional business communication course in English.
∎ Duration of Training 2.5 months (5 Classes in a week).
∎ Total Number of Classes: 55
∎ Class time:- 9 am to 1pm & 2pm to 6pm.
∎ After successful completion certificate will be provided.
∎ Minimum attendance required at training (85%) for successful completion.
∎ Ethnic people, female, disabled, economically insufficient people are highly encouraged to apply
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females, Disadvantaged, physically challenged and Ethnic Minorities are highly encouraged to apply and will get the privilege.
∎ Basic Computer Literacy
∎ Ability to speak in Bengali with proper pronunciation and Basic understanding in English
∎ Flexible to attend the program on any scheduled time and willing to do jobs in Call Center/ BPO.
∎ NID Card
∎ Pleasant and friendly mannerism.
∎ Punctuality.
Salary:
∎ Training Allowance: 5000 Tk will be provided on successful participation and completion. (If they attended 90% classes of total classes.)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Snacks & tea will be provided. Certification in authorization under Skills for Employment Investment Program, Ministry of Finance from Bangladesh Association of Call Center & Outsourcing.
