Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing monthly work program & achievement report and monitoring of daily progress of works. Prepared in any projects Estimation, BOQ, Gantt Chart, budget of different projects. Prepare and check comparative statements, rate analysis, etc. of various construction and interior .Prepare and check BOQ & BOM of all projects. Take management requirements properly and communicate with site engineers .Prepare quotations, layout, plan, presentations. Handle eGP tenders queries & response. Tracking change in on going site and update in Final Bill. Check and prepare the layout and drawing of different plans by using AutoCAD. To check running bill, final bill preparation & submission.
