Job Context:
∎ Department: VREL
∎ JOB LOCATION: Dhaka or anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive all drawings and estimates from consultants.
∎ To collect Landowner's Deed of Agreements, Brochures, Lists of Standard Features and Amenities and record those properly.
∎ To check each Project Working Drawing with its presentation drawings (in the light of Landowners' Deeds, Brochure etc.), get those rectified in case of having discrepancies and finally issue those to P.E
∎ To prepare financial budgets for all projects to be launched for execution.
∎ To set up controlling criteria for operation of projects:
∎ To set up cost controlling criteria and control project cost accordingly:
∎ To provide all sorts of forms, checklists, bill books, MB formats etc. to project personnel.
∎ To co-ordinate with all sorts of optional/modification works to be done in projects and dispatch all optional/modification requests to project keeping proper record.
∎ To fix unit prices of non-scheduled items of works.
∎ To co-ordinate with consultants for preparations of as built drawings
∎ To preserve drawings and estimates received from consultants.
∎ To prepare and circulate schedule for Site Construction Meetings for each month.
∎ To prepare estimates for major materials to be consumed in each year

Salary:
∎ Salary will be determined based upon the expertise & experiences of the candidate with attractive benefits package will be provided as per company rules.
