∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have work experience on making construction project Bill Of Quantities (BOQ)
∎ Must have work and experience on making construction project Material of Quantities (MOQ)
∎ Must have good knowledge on PWD rate schedule
∎ Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
∎ Prepare contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
∎ Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
∎ Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
∎ Measure and value the work done on site
∎ Should have assessing the strength of construction work as per design.
∎ Should maintain checklist, quality report, progress report time to time for proper continuation of construction work
∎ Ability to prepare and justify subcontractor bill as per physical measurement of work
∎ Should check inventory report, ledger on regular basis and plan for proper store management of construction materials
∎ Should have knowledge about preparation of BOQ, MOQ Estimation and Budgeting.
∎ Skilled to understand drawing, design etc.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5-7 years’ experience in preparation BOQ of different types of project in Excel software. Should have at least 3 years’ experience in Real estate Company. Knowledge of Auto CAD will be preferred.
