Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have 3-5 years practical experience as a Boiler Operator in Feed Company.
∎ Must be boiler Govt. certificate.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be boiler certificate holder.
∎ Monitoring of boiler pressure, temperature, steam flow, DM water, drum control.
∎ Operating boilers and other related equipment, ensuring it is functional and safe at all times.
∎ Inspecting safety devices daily, conducting tests and reporting abnormal conditions.
∎ Monitoring boiler water and fuel levels, making necessary adjustments to keep the boiler operational and keeping valves actuated.
∎ Always study to keep current on knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
∎ Maintain daily logs and equipment logs.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Dep. Head.
∎ Regular unloading of oil from oil tanker and loading of boiler oil reservoir.
∎ Ensure safe opening of manual fire door
∎ Maintain and follow up the boiler daily
∎ Ensure timely blow-down and cleaning
∎ Ensure all operations and activities to be completed as per STABLE.
∎ Frequent boiler survey and reporting to the relevant Authority.
∎ Any other task given by the management.
