Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience as a boiler operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
∎ Proven experience in operating both coal-fired and gas-fired boilers, with a strong understanding of boiler operation principles.
∎ Knowledge of boiler maintenance procedures and the ability to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
∎ Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
∎ Certification or training in boiler operation and maintenance is preferred.
∎ Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate gas and coal boilers to ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production processes.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of boilers.
∎ Record and maintain log sheets of boiler operation parameters, fuel usage, maintenance activities, and any abnormalities observed.
∎ Collaborate with Quality Control and Engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company requirements.
∎ Communicate effectively with production staff and water plant operators to coordinate steam supply and usage.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
∎ To Maintain daily check list & report
∎ Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
