∎ The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of "BIM modeler" for a sister concern of United Group- United Property Solutions Ltd (UPSL)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Revit models for both Architecture, Structure and MEP from concept stage to detail design stage
∎ Have advanced working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD, Navisworks software and Ability to create 3D models or renderings.
∎ Revit Modeling, including modification of families and creation of In-Place Models, Parametric Families Scan to BIM/ Point Cloud to BIM (Using Revit)
∎ Prepare SLD drawings for all MEP services. Have good knowledge on preparing Revit families
∎ Work on coordination and clash resolution of MEP disciplines in Navisworks.
∎ Basic knowledge in Revit Dynamo.
∎ Have good understanding of BIM Standards and workflow
∎ Produce shop drawings as per details given by clients/ team leader/ engineer.
∎ Able to meet tight deadlines and can handle projects in team as well as individually.
∎ Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement.
∎ Coordinate 3D models to resolve collisions with other disciplines using Navisworks.
∎ Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations
∎ Experience in working with common data environment BIM360.
∎ Making sure quality standards and checklists are followed for every project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 6-8 years of experience in BIM projects.
∎ Experience of using Autodesk AEC package - AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.
∎ Ability to do QC and read architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
