∎ Bachelor's degree in Bengali or a related field (Master's degree preferred). A background of O/A levels will be an additional qualification.

∎ Teaching certification and accreditation. CIE-trained teachers will have extra preferences.
∎ Proven 3-5 Years’ experience in teaching Bengali at the O level or equivalent, with in-depth knowledge of the O Level Bengali curriculum and assessments.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in English.
∎ Enthusiasm for teaching and a passion for student success.

∎ Modify O-level curriculum and instructional strategies as required for student development.
∎ Design, monitor, and assess O-Level student progress.
∎ Integrate technology and up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies.
∎ Participate in curriculum development and improvement.
∎ Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
∎ Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
∎ Participate in school-related activities and events.
